Past District Governor Robert Kuck shared his experience and his journey of becoming a Rotary District Governor, describing how he initiated the MESA project in District 6600 by listening to a governor from Pakistan who requested medical equipment for border communities. The project began with collecting unused medical equipment from hospitals and shipping it to Guatemala, eventually expanding under subsequent leaders.
