The program for this week was chosen by Scott Walters from Alpharetta, Georgia.

Living With Hope – Michael Panther’s Story

Scott’s introduction to the program:

“I am in the process of organizing an international conference of organizations that specialize in providing mobility devices to those unable to walk and live in low-income countries. Think of NGOs and charities that distribute wheelchairs, carts and crutches to the disabled who live in remote areas of Africa, Southeast Asia and South America. While performing research for the conference, I ran across the story of Michael Panther. It is one of the most inspirational stories I have seen in years. A small boy near death in a Kenyan refugee camp was adopted by American missionary doctors and today runs Living With Hope, a US based nonprofit that delivers wheelchairs to the disabled in Ethiopia and Kenya. I promise you that this video will prove to you that anything is possible.”
